- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Stevia or monk fruit, to taste
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve agar powder in the hot water, stirring until fully melted.
- Let it cool slightly and pour into a tall glass.
- Add lemon juice and sweetener, then slowly pour in the sparkling water.
- Stir gently and let sit for 2–3 minutes as it begins to thicken.
- Add ice if desired and enjoy before meals.

- Use konjac for a stronger gel texture.
