Ingredients

  • 1 (1.25 -2lb) pork tenderloin – cooking times will vary see recipe notes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil – you may need more if using a larger piece of pork
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer.
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil or avocado oil.
  3. Combine garlic powder Italian seasoning Chili powder onion powder kosher salt and ground black pepper and rub all over the pork.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 18 minutes flipping halfway through.
  6. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
