  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mixing well by hand.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into eight equal portions.
  4. Flatten each portion on top of a tortilla until fully covered.
  5. Place each tortilla with beef side down on the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, pressing them flat with a spatula.
  6. Turn the burgers over, add a slice of American cheese on top, and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until the tortillas crisp and the cheese melts.
  7. Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  8. Spread the sauce on each burger, then add shredded lettuce and two pickle slices to finish.
