2.5 pounds chicken drumsticks
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Mix lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and place them in a large bowl or baking dish then coat evenly with olive oil and the seasoning blend including under the skin.
Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 380ºF for 20 to 22 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Serve with lemon wedges and optional parsley garnish.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months
Reheat in the air fryer for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through to 165ºF
