Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 425°F 220°C to start warming up.
  2. Arrange the frozen tater tots flat on a baking sheet and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. Sprinkle chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin over the hot tater tots evenly.
  4. Move the tots to an ovenproof dish and cover with shredded cheese, then bake again for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
  5. Take the dish from the oven and pile black beans, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, and olives on top.
  6. Finish by garnishing with avocado slices, sour cream, and cilantro, serving alongside lime wedges and your choice of hot sauce or salsa.
