  • 1 Pkg (1.5 pounds) Bell & Evans Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T water
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Canola oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and water together in a shallow bowl until fully combined.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese with oregano, paprika, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, and ground pepper thoroughly.
  3. Coat each chicken tender by dipping it first into the egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then press it into the Parmesan spice mixture to cover evenly.
  4. Arrange the breaded tenders in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
  5. Lightly spray the chicken with canola oil cooking spray.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, turning halfway to brown both sides, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
