Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional for blood sugar support)
- 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- Ice cubes (for cold version)
Instructions
Boil the water and let it cool slightly before steeping the green tea bag for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
Stir in grated ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon if using.
Add sweetener to taste (or leave it out if you’re hardcore!).
Let cool, then pour over ice for a refreshing iced version, or drink it warm.
Optional: Blend everything for 10 seconds to create a lightly frothy, smoother texture.
