  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Even out the thickness of the chicken breasts using a meat mallet to promote uniform cooking.
