Ground Beef 1 lb 80/20 fat content recommended
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup shredded
Garlic Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Refrigerated Biscuit Dough 2 cans 8 biscuits each
Butter 2 tbsp melted
Parmesan Cheese ½ cup grated
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Instructions
Heat your oven to 375°F and set the biscuit dough aside after opening.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper, breaking it into small pieces until cooked through and no pink remains. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder and half the cheddar till melted.
Flatten each biscuit to about 4 inch diameter, place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, add cheddar on top, then cover with another flattened biscuit and seal edges well.
Lay the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden on top.
While baking, mix melted butter with parmesan and garlic powder then brush this mixture on the hot bombs as soon as they come out of the oven.
