4 ripe peaches sliced
3 large lemons juiced about 1 cup
1 cup sugar or honey agave to taste
2 cups water plus more for blending
fresh mint leaves optional for garnish
Slice the peaches and remove the pits.
Juice the lemons to get about 1 cup of lemon juice.
In a blender, combine peaches, lemon juice, sugar or honey, and 2 cups of water.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add additional water to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar or honey
For a bubbly version, replace some water with sparkling water before serving
