A refreshingly sweet and simple peach lemonade recipe perfect for summer. This delightful drink blends ripe peaches with fresh lemon juice to create a naturally sweet and tangy beverage.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches sliced
  • 3 large lemons juiced about 1 cup
  • 1 cup sugar or honey agave to taste
  • 2 cups water plus more for blending
  • fresh mint leaves optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches and remove the pits.
  2. Juice the lemons to get about 1 cup of lemon juice.
  3. In a blender, combine peaches, lemon juice, sugar or honey, and 2 cups of water.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add additional water to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar or honey
  • For a bubbly version, replace some water with sparkling water before serving
