  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil optional
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat skillet with vegetable oil and sesame oil.
  2. Cook flank steak slices until browned and set aside.
