500 g Bread Flour
350 g Water (can increase by 20 to 30g if you wish)
100 g Sourdough Starter
10 g Salt
150 g High Protein Nut & Seed Mix
Instructions
Mix bread flour salt and sourdough starter in a large bowl.
Add water gradually and mix until dough forms.
Incorporate the high protein nut and seed mix thoroughly.
Let the dough rest and ferment for 4 to 6 hours.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a proofing basket.
Proof for 2 hours or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 230°C and bake the bread for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
