Base Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds unsalted, shelled or whole
- 2 cups water filtered
Optional Add-ins
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 stick cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the raw pumpkin seeds under warm water to clean off any debris.
- Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the rinsed seeds (and optional ginger or cinnamon) to the water.

- Reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the tea to steep fully.
- Strain into mugs and enjoy warm. Optionally reuse the seeds for a second brew.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, steep longer or add more seeds. Store leftover tea in the fridge for up to 24 hours and reheat gently.
