Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 Green or Black Tea Bag
    → Boosts metabolism and fat burning.

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp Ground Ginger
    → Boosts digestion and fat-burning.

  • Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
    → Adds warm flavor and supports metabolism.

  • Pinch of Ground Cloves (optional)

  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea: Boil 1 cup of water and steep the tea bag for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and set aside.
  2. Heat and Mix the Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and almond milk. Simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring well.
  3. Blend (Optional but Recommended): For a creamy texture, blend the mixture until smooth using a hand blender or traditional blender.
  4. Combine with Tea: Pour the brewed tea into a cup and add the pumpkin milk blend. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Sweeten & Serve: Add sweetener to taste, stir again, and enjoy hot!
