Ingredients

1 small diced onion
1 pound mild italian sausage
2 cups chopped kale
4 cups cauliflower fresh or frozen
6 chopped bacon slices
1 cup heavy cream
3 minced garlic cloves
4 cups chicken broth low sodium
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the diced onion, garlic, and sausage in a pot until browned.
Add the chopped bacon and cauliflower then pour in the chicken broth.
Bring to a boil and simmer until the cauliflower is tender.
Stir in the kale and heavy cream.
Season with crushed red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy.
