  • 4 garlic bulbs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat your air fryer to 390°F or 198°C before starting.
  2. Slice off about ¼ inch from the bottom of each garlic bulb to reveal the cloves, keeping the skins intact.
  3. Place each garlic bulb in the center of a square of aluminum foil, pour olive oil over the cloves, then wrap tightly and seal at the top.
  4. Put the wrapped garlic bulbs in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the cloves become soft and golden.
  5. Using tongs, carefully remove the garlic and allow to cool slightly before pressing out the roasted cloves.
  6. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
