Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the peach filling by melting butter in a pan, then add sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook until peaches soften.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
Add milk, vanilla extract, and sourdough discard to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
