  • 250 grams brown sugar divided 1¼ cup
  • 3 grams salt ½ teaspoon
  • 110 grams milk ½ cup
  • 5 grams vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • 70 grams sourdough discard ⅓ cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the peach filling by melting butter in a pan, then add sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook until peaches soften.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
