  • 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup per jar
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds 1 teaspoon per jar
  • Fresh strawberries to serve
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, almond milk, Greek or coconut yogurt, and maple syrup on high speed for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine rolled oats and chia seeds evenly into jars and stir briefly.
  3. Pour just under 1 cup of the prepared strawberry milk mixture into each jar.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, add fresh sliced strawberries on top to garnish and enjoy.
