- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 4 tablespoons salted butter melted
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- coarse raw cane sugar optional
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons half and half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix baking mix and granulated sugar.
- Stir in half and half and melted butter until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheet, sprinkle with raw cane sugar if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and half and half to create glaze and drizzle over cooled cookies.
