This Buffalo Chicken Dip combines creamy, cheesy, and spicy flavors for a perfect game day snack. It’s an easy dinner dip that also works great as a baked dip for parties. Enjoy with chips or veggies any time.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie works best
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to your spice level
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F 190°C.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, mixing until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese if desired.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or increase the buffalo sauce
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute half the buffalo sauce with additional ranch dressing
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving
