This Whipped Pink Lemonade is a refreshing and creamy drink perfect for hot days. Combining fresh lemon juice, raspberries, and whipped cream creates a deliciously tangy and smooth beverage to cool you down.

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
    1 cup granulated sugar
    4 cups cold water
    1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and granulated sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add cold water and fresh raspberries, then mix gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Add ice cubes to serving glasses, pour the pink lemonade mixture halfway, then top with whipped cream.
