Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (soak 510 minutes)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 drop stevia or monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  1. Stir chia seeds into cold water or coconut water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
  3. Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
  4. Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
