  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved or quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts into uniform halves or quarters to ensure even cooking.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  3. Mix the Brussels sprouts with avocado oil or melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until all pieces are coated well.
  4. Add the chopped bacon to the sprouts and stir to combine.
  5. Spread half of the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the mixture halfway through to prevent burning.
  7. When the bacon crisps and browns lightly, remove the batch and set aside.
  8. Repeat cooking the remaining Brussels sprouts and bacon for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once halfway.
  9. Once all batches are cooked, sprinkle the top with grated parmesan if desired and serve.
