  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 medium green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken with avocado oil in a bowl.
  2. Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, chili powder, and honey in another bowl and pour this mixture over the chicken.
