Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 12 chipotles in adobo sauce
  • ½ tablespoon adobo sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 12 small flour tortillas or corn tortillas
  • 4 cups cilantro lime rice

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise in half and coat them evenly with the taco seasoning.
  2. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  3. While the chicken cooks, mix the chipotle honey sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  4. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken pieces and apply the sauce generously, then air fry again at 400°F for 2 more minutes.
  5. Take the chicken out, brush with leftover sauce, chop or slice, and serve right away.

  • Use 1 chipotle for a sweeter glaze or 2 chipotles for more spice
