Ingredients

7 bone-in skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of harissa paste
3 tablespoons of reduced fat mayo
2 teaspoons of chopped or minced garlic
low calorie spray
Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in a bowl.
Mix in the sweet paprika, salt, black pepper, harissa paste, reduced fat mayo, and garlic until the chicken is fully coated.
Spray the chicken all over with low calorie spray.
Arrange the chicken on the air fryer grill pan and cook at 390F for 20 to 22 minutes, turning halfway through.
Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
