Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops about half inch thick
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced or grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or zip-top bag and mix well. Add pork chops and coat them thoroughly. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  2. Heat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Take the pork chops out of the marinade, allowing extra liquid to drip off, then place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (63°C).
  4. Let the pork chops rest 3 to 5 minutes before slicing to lock in juices. The safe temperature for pork is 145°F.
