  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl, turning them to coat evenly with the marinade, and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Warm up the air fryer for 5 minutes before adding the chicken.
  4. Cook the chicken at 380 degrees F (190 C) for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking for 4 to 10 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
