  • 8 ounces 2 cups shredded cheese (4 cheese Mexican)
  • 1 cup chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 jalapeno sliced and seeded
  • Guacamole
  • Pico de gallo
  • Salsa
  • Refried beans
  • Sour cream
  • Queso cheese dip

Instructions

  1. Place parchment paper in your air fryer basket or tray for easy cleanup.
  2. Spread a single layer of tortilla chips in the tray and evenly top with half the chicken and cheese plus jalapeno slices as you like.
  3. Add a second chip layer, then the remaining chicken and cheese, finishing with more jalapeno slices.
  4. If needed, preheat your air fryer, then cook the layered nachos at 350F for 6 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out carefully and serve with salsa, guacamole, queso dip, or any other preferred toppings.
