  • 2 NY Strip Steaks about 1 lb each and 1 inch thick
  • 1 Tbls Avocado Oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Tbls Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 Tbls Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 Tbls Fresh Rosemary minced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine softened butter with parsley, rosemary, garlic, and salt in a small bowl and refrigerate while cooking the steaks.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  3. Coat the steaks with oil, salt, and pepper at room temperature.
  4. Place steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes after cooking.
  6. Serve topped with the herb butter.
