Enjoy an easy dinner with this Air Fryer Turkey Breast Thanksgiving recipe. It delivers a juicy turkey breast cooked faster than traditional methods, perfect for a family dinner or a quick weeknight feast.

Ingredients

  • 4 pound turkey breast (on the bone with skin (ribs removed))
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry turkey or poultry seasoning (I used Bell’s which has not salt)

Instructions

  1. Spread half of the olive oil evenly over the turkey breast.
  2. Sprinkle kosher salt and dry turkey seasoning on both sides, then coat the skin side with the remaining oil.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350F and place the turkey breast skin side down. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip the turkey breast and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160F, about 30 to 40 minutes depending on size.
  5. Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
