  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the freshly grated ginger, minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions to the beef. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  4. Remove from heat and spoon the beef mixture into washed and separated iceberg lettuce leaves to serve.
