  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs about 6 pieces
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken thighs with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, and black pepper in a large bowl and toss to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. For the air fryer method, preheat to 400 degrees F and spray the basket with oil. Arrange chicken in the basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 6 minutes.
  3. For oven baking, preheat oven to 425 degrees F and spray a baking sheet. Place chicken pieces on the sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. While the chicken cooks, mix melted butter and buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Coat the cooked chicken thighs evenly with the buffalo sauce mixture.
  6. Serve with optional ranch or blue cheese dressing and garnish with green onions if desired.

Notes

  • For crisp tops, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
