4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 3 cloves garlic minced 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 6 cups fresh spinach about 6 ounces 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt pepper and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Heat through and serve.
