Ingredients
- zucchini
- all-purpose flour
- cocoa powder
- baking soda

- sugar
- eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grate zucchini and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.

- Do not overbake to maintain moistness
- You can substitute vegetable oil with melted butter for richer flavor
