  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika together in a bowl.
  2. Dredge the chicken wings in this flour blend and lay them on a baking sheet, then chill them in the refrigerator for one hour.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and combine with hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt while warming.
  4. Dip the chilled wings into the butter mixture, then coat them again in the seasoned flour.
  5. Place the wings in a single layer inside your air fryer basket, making sure they are not crowded.
  6. Cook the wings at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flip them, then continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
