1 lb cubed sirloin or ribeye
20 oz cheese tortellini
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic
1 1/4 cups parmesan

Instructions
Cook the tortellini in boiling water until tender but firm, then drain well.
