2 lbs. chicken tenderloins
1 cup Italian dressing Olive Garden brand
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice bottled or fresh
2 tbsp parsley chopped optionally to garnish
Instructions
Combine the Italian dressing, lime juice, and honey in a bowl and mix well.
Trim any thick tendons from the chicken tenderloins if needed.
Place the chicken and marinade in a large ziplock bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess liquid.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
