A light, mousse-like snack or dessert made with jello and Greek yogurt. It’s high in protein, low in sugar (if you want it to be), and a ridiculously fun way to enjoy yogurt.

Ingredients
Scale
1 (3 oz) box flavored jello (any flavor you love!)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or honey)
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip – optional but highly recommended)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the jello powder into 1 cup boiling water. Stir for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir again.
Let the mixture cool for 5–7 minutes (until it’s warm but not hot).
Whisk in the Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the whipped topping (if using) gently until fully mixed.
Pour into a large container or individual serving dishes.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight.
Top with fruit, granola, or a drizzle of honey if you like. Serve cold!
Notes
Want extra fluff? Beat the mixture with a hand mixer after it’s partially set (about 30–45 minutes into chilling).
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and vegan jello.
Double the batch and store in mason jars for snack-prepped goodness all week.
