4 8-oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 cups Water
1/4 cup Sea salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
Mix sea salt into water and soak chicken breasts for 10 minutes to brine, or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Remove chicken from brine and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Coat both sides of chicken with olive oil and season evenly with garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, and black pepper.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
Cook at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) until internal temperature reaches 163-165 degrees F (73-74 degrees C), adjusting time to chicken size.
After cooking, cover breasts with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving or slicing.
