One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs offer a delicious and juicy baked chicken thighs meal perfect for an easy dinner or weeknight dinner. This family dinner features a rich honey garlic sauce chicken that everyone will enjoy.

  • 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 8 bone in skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh green beans halved
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar to prepare the sauce then place half with chicken thighs in a large freezer bag and marinate in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes or overnight if preferred.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange chicken thighs on one side of the sheet.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder and season the chicken reserving some seasoning for the vegetables.
  5. Toss potatoes and green beans with oil and remaining seasoning then spread on the other side of the sheet.
  6. Bake the sheet pan for 30 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. While baking, whisk remaining sauce with corn starch in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until thickened.
  8. Take the sheet pan out of the oven and brush the chicken with the thickened sauce.
  9. Bake an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Notes

  • For crisp tops, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
