  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning divided
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  2. Cut chicken breasts into three strips or remove tendons from tenderloins by sliding through a fork.
  3. Mix buttermilk and half the Cajun seasoning in a sealed bag and marinate chicken strips inside for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. In a shallow dish, stir together flour and remaining Cajun seasoning.
  5. Coat marinated chicken strips in the flour mixture, pressing firmly to create a crispy coating.
