Ingredients

  • 11/2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 11/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 beef ribeye roast (3 to 4 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix seasonings.
  3. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan fat side up and rub with seasonings.
  4. Roast uncovered until meat reaches desired doneness for 1-1/2-2 hours.
  5. Remove from oven and tent with foil.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For crisp tops, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
