Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • Optional ranch dressing for dipping like boneless wings or serve with fried rice and extra sauce drizzled over top

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces about 1 inch in size.
  2. Pour the flour into one bowl and beat the egg in another.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken first in the egg and then in the flour to cover well. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket. Repeat until all chicken is prepared.
  4. Lightly spray the chicken with olive oil cooking spray.
  5. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees and cook the chicken for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  7. When cooked, transfer the chicken to a bowl and pour the honey Sriracha sauce over it. Toss well to coat each piece evenly.
  8. Serve the chicken with ranch dressing for dipping or alongside fried rice with extra sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

  • Sauce is thin so extra is made for dipping or drizzling over the chicken
