  • 4 chicken breasts (horizontally sliced in half)
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp stone-ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika, then brown them in a few tablespoons of oil until golden on each side.
  2. Transfer the browned chicken to a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Prepare the honey mustard sauce by mixing mayo, honey, and stone-ground mustard, then spread it evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Top each piece with cheese and bacon slices.
